Wunushan is located 8 kilometers north of Huanren Town, Huanren Manchu Autonomous County. It is the founding capital of Koguryo. It is said that there are five women stationed on it, so it is named. It is also said that in ancient times, five fairies came down to earth to eliminate harm for the people. People built five female temples on the mountain to show their nostalgia. Up to now, the temple site still exists. It is a national cultural relic protection unit, a provincial scenic spot and one of the top 50 scenic spots in Liaoning Province. Transportation: taxis in Benxi City have different charging rules according to different types of taxis. Santana and Jetta start at 5 yuan / 2.2km, then 1 yuan / 600m, and 2 yuan / km after 20km; Xiali start at 5 yuan / 2.5km, then 1 yuan / 800m, and 1 yuan / 600m after 20km. The deepest part of the sky is 31 meters, and the narrowest part is 0.65 meters. You can also climb the Taiji Pavilion, look out from the fence, and watch the winding flow down the mountain; when you climb the Jiangtai, you can see the magnificent Huanlong lake lying under your feet. Development history

Wunushan is famous both at home and abroad for its beautiful scenery, and is known as a famous mountain in northern China. Japanese Junichiro Kuda, Yamamoto and others have also discussed. On August 5, 1925, A.D., it was published in page 203 of the original chapter of "the relics of the three eastern provinces" by jutian zhener: "there is Wunv mountain in the North 15 li of Huanren County. It is said that there were five women in the Tang Dynasty. The mountains are thousands of feet high, and the two peaks are facing each other. The first peak is flat and round, surrounded by huge stones and divided into East and West gates. It is a natural stone city, which can accommodate ten thousand people

According to historical records, in the second year of Jianzhao (37bc), emperor yuan of the Han Dynasty, Prince Zhu Meng of beifuyu fled here because of the court battle, and established the first capital of Koguryo on the mountain, known as heshenggu city. (at that time, it was under the jurisdiction of Gaogouli County, xuantu prefecture), built the city outline and established the state of Gaogouli. This mountain was the founding capital of Gaogouli. In 1424, Li Manzhu, the grandson of ahachu (Li Chengshan), the son of shijianu and the third generation leader of Nuzhen in Jianzhou, lived in Weng village in the south of the mountain city when he entered Liaoning. Since then, wunvshan city has been the defensive base of Jurchen in Jianzhou. A large number of unearthed cultural relics prove that the mountain city was once garrisoned or inhabited by tribes in Tang, Liao, Jin, yuan and Ming Dynasties.

According to books and oral reports, there are more than 60 natural and cultural landscapes on the mountain. Originally, there was a jade emperor temple with three couplets. A square well was dug in front of the temple. It was more than 7 meters long, 3 meters wide and 1 meter deep. It was called "Tianchi". It was not dry all year round and could be drunk. On the way out, we found the ruins of the ancient military camp and the head portraits of helmets. The forehead is towering, and the eyes, nose, mouth and chin are very well proportioned.

It is surrounded by cliffs and rectangular. The main peak is 804 meters above sea level, 1500 meters long from north to south, 300 meters wide from east to west, and more than 200 meters high. Through the ages, it has been passed down from ancient times to modern times as heshenggu City, Heluo City, Wulong mountain, Wulao mountain, Yuling mountain, Yulang mountain and Wuyu mountain. Wunushan city is a national cultural relic protection unit.

Throughout the year, Wunv mountain has picturesque scenery. In spring and summer, there are thousands of branches on the mountain, thousands of flowers, bees and butterflies flying, and the sound of kites is graceful. At the foot of the mountain, Hun reservoir has a vast expanse of blue water, and boats shuttle. In late autumn, the pines are green, the maple forest is like fire, and the layers of forest are colorful; in cold winter, the mountains are covered with silver, and the mountains are flying like silver snakes and jade dragons.

The ancient Wunv mountain city, with strange peaks and rocks, forest and pines, is quiet and elegant, and the scenery is beautiful. At the foot of the mountain, Hunjiang reservoir, whenever the sun goes down, the green lake is full of scales and waves, reflecting the brilliant clouds. Fishermen return with their poles, and birds return to the forest. Colorful flags fly on the cruise ship, and tourists sing melodious songs.

The main peak of Wunv mountain is 824 meters above sea level. The peak looks like a delicate green screen, surrounded by cliffs and precipitous. The top of the mountain is flat with fertile soil and luxuriant vegetation. There is a pass in the south. You can get to the top of the mountain by cable car. Standing on the top of the East peak, you can see Huanlong lake, the largest water storage (3.4 billion cubic meters) in Liaoning Province. It's vast and boundless. It's full of clouds, sky and mountains. Huanren town is like a picture.

Archaeological value

In recent years, archaeologists have found a large number of ancient relics on the mountain. The earliest relic is the late Neolithic pottery, which has a history of more than 4500 years. This shows that as early as 4500 years ago, there were human beings living in the mountains. Also found are stone swords, stone chisels and pottery pots in the late Warring States period, as well as some tools and weapons for life and production in the Liao and Jin Dynasties.

In addition to the historical relics, the natural scenery of Wunv mountain is also very magnificent. When you climb up and look down, you can see the Yinyang Bagua city of Huanren County in front, and the Huanlong Lake leaping down like a giant dragon.

Self driving

1. Direction of Dalian, Dandong and Tonghua: 1222.3km away from 201 National Road, take wunushan road at the fork road, and walk 800m to the right of wunushan bridge (wunushan parking lot, ticket office and wunushan Museum). 2. Direction of Shenyang, Fushun and Benxi: benhuan highway enters national highway 201 at Liuhe turntable gas station, turns left and goes along national highway 201 (wunushan Road) to the fork road 1222.3km away from national highway 201, and then goes straight on wunushan road. It is 800m ahead and on the right side of wunushan bridge (wunushan parking lot, ticket office and wunushan Museum).
