Expansion project

In 2005, the people's Government of Chong'an District invested nearly 50 million yuan for restoration. After the restoration of a Bing's former residence, Li Lanqing, former member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, personally inscribed the name of the museum.
The second phase of the expansion project of a Bing's former residence is close to Renmin middle road in the south, Chongan Temple business district in the West and Jiaoyi building in the East. It covers an area of 241.64 square meters, with a total construction area of 743.12 square meters.
The purpose of this expansion is to restore the sanwanchang teahouse, a place where a Bing talked and sang at that time.
At the same time, the a-bing Art Committee, which was set up at the end of 2008, also settled here.

A Bing (1893-1950) was born in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. He was a Taoist with his father Hua Qing and Lei Zun hall in the famous Daoguan Dongxu palace in Wuxi when he was young. His legal name was Hua Yanjun.
