Panjin Lakeside Park is located in the west end of Shuangtaizi District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, also known as Shuangtaizi Lakeside Park. It covers an area of 167 hectares, a building area of 1.69 hectares and a water area of 67 hectares. The design of the whole garden is elegant and ingenious, full of vigor and vitality. It is a good place for leisure and enjoying the lakeside scenery.
On December 5, 2016, the National Tourism Administration announced that the 3A scenic spot of Panjin Lakeside Park was delisted.
Introduction to the park
The Lakeside Park adopts traditional gardening techniques, including mounds and stones, various pavilions, spacious lawns, plants and trees, which make it surrounded by trees, streams, birds and flowers.
The park has been built into four functional areas, namely amusement park area, elderly activity area, animal park and management area. In the park, there are "torrent bravely entering"; Shihu mountain, which covers an area of 5000 square meters, and a recreation park, which covers an area of 1120 square meters.
Planning and design
Present situation and problems of water system
Panjin is the wetland capital of China, located in the north of Bohai Sea, southwest of Liaoning Province, and the center of Liaohe River Delta. However, according to the traditional concept of urban construction in the past, the unreasonable development intensity of Panjin City and many other factors have led to many "urban diseases". It is mainly manifested in the serious shortage of water resources, with 262 cubic meters of water resources (excluding inbound water) per capita, less than 1 / 8 of China's per capita, which is one of more than 50 cities with serious water shortage in China; groundwater exploitation is close to the limit, and the groundwater level has been continuously decreasing in recent 20 years due to the large-scale exploitation. The annual decline of 1 m ~ 5.5 m has formed a number of groundwater exploitation funnel; the utilization rate of reclaimed water is insufficient, and the utilization rate of urban reclaimed water is less than 14%; in addition, the water environment is mainly the problem of urban water pollution, most of the urban areas are closed combined system, and the runoff pollution in rainy season has a great impact on the river wetland water quality. Due to the development in accordance with the traditional concept of urban construction, the use and change of urban land aggravate the surface overflow pollution, resulting in the deterioration of urban water quality. The existing drainage system adopts "fast collection and fast drainage". The rainwater is discharged to the urban municipal pipeline through the surface runoff, and then pumped to the river by the pumping station. The large area of impervious ground leads to short rainwater confluence time, large confluence flow, and the greening basically has no detention and storage capacity, which leads to large downstream drainage pressure. On the one hand, the overall terrain of Panjin City is low, and it is threatened by waterlogging and external flood all the year round. On the other hand, some rivers, wetlands, lakes and other water bodies in Panjin City are polluted to varying degrees, so it is urgent to improve the urban water environment through the construction of sponge City, enhance the city image and promote the construction of ecological civilization.
Two cavernous systems
In order to solve the problem of how to realize the functions of water seepage, water storage and purification of roads and green space through the technical measures and reasonable layout of sponge city; to realize the water storage function through the reasonable layout and treatment of the water system in the park; to build the current fish pond into a wetland to realize the retention and purification of water body; to realize the function of rainwater storage of lakes through technical means. In view of the above problems, two strategies are put forward to solve the problems, that is, the sponge landscape treatment method combining "natural sponge" and "artificial sponge" is used to make the water body have a strong storage function and make the water resources be used flexibly.
