Tomb of Guan Hanqing
The tomb of Guan Hanqing is a key cultural relic protection unit at the provincial level. Covering an area of 700 square meters, it is now a large brick curtain with a diameter of 10 meters and a height of 3 meters. There is a stele in front of the tomb. The stele is inscribed by the famous calligrapher Huang Qi: "the tomb of Guan Hanqing, the great dramatist". The antithetical couplet on the wall of the stele is as follows: beyond the nine days of eternal song, the heart of pride sings among the four seas. Beiyin: it describes the life story of Guan Hanqing. Pines and cypresses are planted all around.
Guan Hanqing, named yizhaisou (1242-1322), was a native of Wuren village, Wurenqiao Town, Anguo City. He was a great dramatist in China, the main founder of Yuan Zaju and one of the main founders of Yuan zaju. He wrote 63 plays. Dou'e yuan is his outstanding representative. The plot moved the world and has been going on for a long time. In June 1958, Guan Hanqing was listed as one of the world's cultural celebrities.
