Xihou Yougu is located 8 kilometers north of Sicheng, north of xihou village, Zhongce town. There are three large canyons stretching for nearly 20 miles in Qingyue, which are fan-shaped and the keel is open. It is known as "the first Grand Canyon in South Shandong". The Provincial Tourism Bureau specially listed the xihou Yougu eco-tourism project in Zhongce town of Sishui County as a provincial key tourism project, which will promote the healthy and rapid development of tourism in the town and Sishui county. At present, we have cooperated with Shandong torch group to invest 300 million yuan in development, and the project is under intense construction. In April 2006, the foundation laying ceremony of xihou Yougu ecotourism project with a total investment of 300 million yuan was held. According to the Tourism Department of Sishui County, the infrastructure construction of xihou Yougu comprehensive development project is progressing smoothly. It has invested 200 million yuan in the construction of Jinshan Avenue, landscape bridge and other transportation facilities. A breakthrough has been made in the construction of traffic facilities in the scenic area. Zhongxing Road has been widened with a total length of 6 km and a width of 28 m, and 20 km of Jinshan Avenue and 22.8 km of mountain road have been built. At the same time, five bridges will be widened, four crossing dams will be built, and three glass landscape bridges will be built on the dam crest. In addition, 240 street lamps were installed, four reservoirs with a total capacity of 6 million cubic meters were built, and more than 280000 green trees were planted. At the end of April, the development and construction project of xihou new village with a total investment of 120 million yuan was officially launched. In the next stage, asphalt pavement of Huanshan Road, underground high-voltage cables and sewage treatment equipment will be laid. At the same time, we will accelerate the construction of Haidai International Convention and Exhibition Center, and start projects such as foreigners' residential area, entrance Town, five-star hotel and Wine Manor as soon as possible. The total investment is over 37 million yuan. The north extension project of Zhongxing Road from Zhongxing bridge to Tengbei road has been completed. Two shannei reservoirs have been completed. The third reservoir is under construction and will be completed next spring.

Sishui County xihou Yougu comprehensive development project is a key tourism project in the province, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan, which was started in April 2006. This tourism project mainly includes the construction of eco-tourism service area, Haidai International Convention and Exhibition Center, foreigner residential area, new rural reconstruction of xihou village, Wine Manor, five-star hotel, etc. The project has completed an investment of 200 million yuan. The construction of Haidai International Convention and Exhibition Center, foreigners' residential area, new village of xihou village and Wine Manor started on May 18. After the completion of the project, it will form a high-end business and leisure resort integrating ecotourism, exhibition, commerce, catering and entertainment, with canyon landscape as the background, exhibition center as the leader and high-end star hotels as the service platform. Sishui County xihou village reconstruction plan is an important part of xihou Yougu tourism comprehensive development project. The village planning scheme has been completed by Beijing native landscape and architectural planning and Design Institute, and passed the expert review. The plan adheres to the concept of "Qushui Liuqi", and all the buildings are of Hui style, which is unique in the north. The specific planning is: adopting the planning structure of "two axes, three belts and four districts", with a total construction area of nearly 150000 square meters and a total investment of 120 million yuan. The southeast area of the village is the resettlement area for villagers to move back. The house type design has been completed. It is mainly a two-story building structure, with a building area of 79 square meters, 84 square meters, 120 square meters and 148 square meters respectively. Townhouses will be built in the northwest region, while single family villas will be built in the northeast and southwest regions. Hotels, shops, bars, teahouses and other commercial houses will be built along the road and river sides in the central part.
