Tianguan water conservancy leisure resort is developed and constructed by Tianguan water conservancy project management office. The resort is composed of "one river (tianguanhe) and two islands (tianguama and liulingdao)", overlooking it is like "one dragon play two pearls". The total length of Tianguan river is 30 kilometers, connecting Changhu Lake and Dongjing river. The two banks are green, the clear water is quiet, and the shape is like a dragon. Tian Guawan is the leader of the dragon's head, directly into the Dongjing River, covering an area of more than 500 mu, surrounded by water, green trees, fresh air, birds singing and flowers fragrance. Liuling Island is located in Longwei, near Changhu, covering an area of more than 600 mu, with rippling blue waves, shining blue sky, tall and straight ancient camphor, and thick shade blocking the sun. The river crossing cableway and artificial Metasequoia forest constitute a unique beach landscape;
