Zhenwuding scenic spot is located in Cuizhuang Township and mashiping township of Nanzhao County, Nanyang City, Henan Province. It is located at the southern foot of Yaoshan mountain in Funiu mountain range and the northern edge of Nanyang basin. It belongs to zhenwuding Park of Nanyang Funiu Mountain World Geopark, with a total area of 45 square kilometers. It is 250 kilometers away from Zhengzhou, 99 kilometers away from Nanyang and 41 kilometers away from Nanzhao county.

Zhenwuding scenic spot is the best tourist destination in China with distinctive tourism characteristics, which is based on water landscape, relying on gorge, mountain, waterfall, forest and mountain flower, and taking Taoism culture (representative of zhenwudi and Zhang Sanfeng) as the vein.

The water landscape of the scenic spot is most prominent in the lake waterfall landscape. Baichi Lake Waterfall group is a newly discovered waterfall in the central and western regions of China. Main attractions

The main peak of Wulong peak is 2108 meters above sea level. The towering peaks are like five dragons flying into the sky. Baoxiao peak, Luotuofeng peak, Jingxiu peak and Notre Dame peak are both like gods. The magical nature is amazing. The beautiful mountains and waters here leave many beautiful legends. Zhenwu peak is 2102 meters above sea level. It is said that Zhenwu was the place where the great emperor practiced Taoism in his early days. When he went to the peak to watch the sunrise, it was particularly spectacular. Notre Dame's palace is the place where the mother of Notre Dame practices and preaches. On the top of the lonely peak, surrounded by stone walls, the fog rises and is mysterious. Ten thousand mu of Rhododendron forest, red, white, yellow, purple when the flowers bloom, various forms, gorgeous.

Xingshi peak

Xingshi peak is the gateway of zhenwuding scenic spot. At the starting point of the climbing stone steps, there is erlongtan. The river water falls two times and the pool water is clear. The White Snake cave is about 2 meters high and can hold ten people. There is a white fairy in the cave. From the White Snake cave up, you can see a waterfall. The water volume is not big, but the drop is about 120 meters. Under the action of wind, thousands of silver threads are scattered, so it is called silver waterfall. Go on to youlongbi (formerly known as youshebao), which is about 30 meters high. The water flows down the gap of the stone wall, like Youlong. After you visit longbi, you will enter ten thousand mu of Alpine Rhododendron forest. During the blooming season, the mountains and fields are gorgeous. Continue to the East and West Phoenix Terrace. Between the two phoenix platforms is a gorge, where you can see the sea of clouds and mountains, and there are two long transverse branches of a wild elm tree to form the "immortal bridge". On the way to zhenwuding, there are Jingxiu peak, three boots, azalea palace, black pine forest, guangshinao and other scenic spots. Guangshinao mountain is tall and majestic. There is a smooth round stone on the top of the isolated peak, named Fengdong stone, which moves with the wind. It is said that this peak is the place for Zhenwu ancestors to cultivate themselves and practice martial arts. There is a wanzhang stone waterfall under the top of Zhenwu, which is named because the surface of the stone wall looks like flowing water. There is a wind tunnel on the top of the stone waterfall, which is named xiantiantian. It is a natural cave passage with a length of 15 meters, a height of 6 meters, and a width of 50 cm at the narrowest point.

Toad stone

Zhenwuding is located in the center of the scenic spot. It is the second main peak of Shiren Mountain, with an altitude of 2120 meters. The isolated peak is towering and spectacular. There is a platform in it. There was a Zhenwu temple built in the old time, but now there is still a temple foundation. It is said that this is the place where Zhenwu's ancestors practiced Taoism in their early years. Toad stone, the highest peak of Shiren Mountain in the northwest of zhenwuding, is located at the top of the peak. It is majestic, tall and magnificent. Its shape is similar to that of the Golden Toad, and is commonly known as toad stone. The Golden Toad covers an area of 50 square meters, with its mouth open and its head held high in the East. On the north side of the rock mass is the "three boundary stone" (the dividing point of Nanzhao, Lushan and Songxian), which is known as "stepping on three counties with one foot". Around the three boundary stone, there are ancient pines, hemlock trees, mountain wind and pines.

From the toad stone down the mountain, you can go to dianjiangtai, Xuanji Valley, zhenwumen, bergamot rock, baoxiaofeng, Notre Dame palace, ghost Valley City, qianzhangya, sister peak, huiyintai, heiyunaohai, Nantianmen, ertianmen, Yuhuang palace, diguyan, Sanxian cave, etc.

Xuanji Valley

Xuanji Valley is commonly known as "ghost singing pass". The slope is steep and the road is slippery. Due to the influence of the magnetic field, people often hear people murmuring behind them after passing by. The local people mistakenly think that it is ghosts singing.

Bao Xiaofeng

Baoxiaofeng is like a rooster leading its neck to announce the dawn. It is said that in the battle of Bainiu City, the rooster disobeyed heaven's destiny and mistakenly announced the dawn. He released Bainiu and angered the Jade Emperor. He ordered Li Jing, the king of Tuota, to behead the rooster and put the rooster on the qianzhangzhu.

The cliffs on both sides of Zhenwu gate are towering, and the wind is howling. From here, we can see the golden turtle and toad on one side of Zhenwu gate. A stone peak on the left side of zhenwumen is similar to Bergamot in shape, so it is called Bergamot rock.

There is a lonely peak on the east side of Baoxiao peak. Surrounded by the stone walls at the top of the peak, it forms a natural stone city in the sky. Outside the city, there are thousands of rocks and valleys, and the mountains are arched. The rock walls of the city gate stand up, and the city is inaccessible and foggy. It is said that it is the place where the virgin goddess Nuwa practices and lectures, which is called Notre Dame palace.

Ghost Valley City

Both sides of the ghost Valley City are towering cliffs. Below it is the bottomless valley. The terrain is strange and mysterious. It is said that this is the place where the Chu people practiced ghost Valley in the Warring States period.

On the east side of the ghost Valley, there is a cliff that has been flying into the sky, called Qianzhang cliff. On the cliff of the dangerous peak on the west side of the valley, there are two stone pillars, such as a graceful fairy, called sister peak.

The junction of Qianzhang cliff and sister peak is a natural viewing platform, called Echo platform. It is said that it is Guiguzi's array platform. You can see all the landscape around you only when you climb on this platform. Because of the cliffs on three sides and the unfathomable depth, most people need to crawl to get there, so it is also called "gallstone".

Nantianmen, ertianmen and yuhuanggong are three deep canyons. On both sides of the south gate, there are two natural relief sculptures, called "two gods guarding the gate"; on both sides of the gate, there are two dragons, with stone beads in the middle of the valley, called "two dragons playing with beads"; on both sides of the Jade Emperor Palace, there are two peaks of Jintong and Yunv, called "two children escorting"; on the south side of the Jade Emperor Palace, there is a pine tree and a green bar tree, called "husband and wife tree". In the twists and turns of the mountain road, the ground drum rock appears at the foot of the tourists, stamping with their feet and making a sound.

Sanxian cave

Sanxian cave is a three arched stone gate built in the valley in the Ming Dynasty. Each stone gate is a temple house to worship the three immortals of Fu, Lu and Shou respectively. There are small gates in the stone arch to communicate with each other. In the old time, there were statues, steles and stone carvings in the cave, but there are still remains today. In the upper part of the stone arch, there was Tianye temple, but now there is only stone foundation. Sanxian cave is surrounded by three peaks of Fuxing, Luxing and Shouxing.
