Shizelou is located in Gaobei Township, Yongding District, Longyan City, Fujian Province. It is one of the members of Gaobei Tulou group. Gaobei Tulou group in Gaotou township is one of the world cultural heritage spots of "Fujian Tulou". Shize building was built in the Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty (1796-1820). Shize building, one of the members of Gaobei Tulou group, is located in the northwest, east of Chengqi building. It is a rectangular Tulou. It was built in 1565 of the 44th year of Jiajing reign of Ming Dynasty. It faces south and covers an area of 5100 square meters. It is four stories high. It is 40.8m wide with 11 bays and 41.2m long with 12 bays. 38 rooms on each floor. The main wall is 1.6 meters thick, with no windows on the first and second floors. 1、 The fourth floor is the inner corridor type, and the second and third floors have two rooms extending to the outside of the corridor. There is no hall above the second floor. Inside the building, every other room is supported by a green wall, and every two rooms are separated by adobe bricks. The central hall has been abandoned, with stone wood or civil structure on both sides. The back hall is the ancestral hall, and a plaque "the light of the nation" is hung above. There are four stairs, one gate and one well on each side of the inner courtyard. The stone couplets on the door of the building are "not for your family, but for zeben.".

Gaobei Tulou group in Gaotou township is one of the world cultural heritage spots of "Fujian Tulou" and the representative of Yongding Tulou. The buildings are distributed in 11 natural villages of Gaotou Township in the southeast of Yongding County.
