Ancient hot spring

The ancient hot spring, located in the southeast of Wulongtan, is named for its high temperature and long history. In the middle of winter, the wind is cold, the snow is heavy, but the spring is steaming. In the Qing Dynasty, there was a Yiyuan garden beside the spring, which was later abandoned. There is a two-story building on the south side of the spring, which is the location of the leading organ of Shandong Province in the early period of the Communist Party of China.

The ancient hot spring is one of the "72 Famous Springs" in Jinan, which are recorded in the tablet of famous springs in Jin Dynasty, the poem of 72 springs by Yan Bi in Ming Dynasty and the record of 72 springs by Hao Zhigong in Qing Dynasty. It belongs to "Wulongtan spring group". Because of its constant temperature in winter and summer, the spring was called "hot spring" in ancient times, while the local people used to call it "ancient hot spring" because of its long history. In the middle of winter, the spring pool is surrounded by ice and snow, but the pool is a scene of steaming heat, so it has won the praise of the poet Yan Bi: "I really prefer to bathe in Huaqing, how warm and moist it is to experience Xiacheng." The spring was originally on the right side of No. 105, dongliushui street, and now it is located on the north side of the former site of Shandong provincial leading organ of the Communist Party of China in Jinan Wulongtan park. In 1964 and 1985, the garden Department of Jinan City successively connected the spring with its adjacent still water spring and Xixin spring, expanded the spring pool with a length of 18 meters and a width of 8 meters, known as "ancient hot spring", and built a water corridor and double pavilions on the spring, making it the main landscape in the south of Wulongtan park.

Civil aviation: Jinan civil aviation has more than 42 domestic routes and 1 regional route. There are three international routes. From Jinan, you can fly to 32 cities in China, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Jeju Island in South Korea, Bangkok in Thailand and Moscow in Russia. Jinan airport is in the northeast of the city, about 40 kilometers away from the city center. The civil aviation shuttle bus from the aviation building to the airport departs every one hour from 6:00 to 17:00 a.m. and arrives at the airport for about one hour. The ticket price is 15 yuan per person.

Railway: Jinan mainly has two railway stations, Jinan Station and Jinan east station. The biggest is Jinan Station. From Jinan, you can get to the major cities in China by train.

Highway: you can take long-distance bus to all cities in the province and 37 cities outside the province. There are eight bus stations in the urban area, which are convenient for passengers to take the bus nearby.

Taxi: the fare is 1.50-2.50 yuan per kilometer (indicated on the windshield on both sides of the rear seat of the vehicle) based on the mileage, starting from 3 km, and depending on waiting time, rain, snow and night driving distance.
