Chaoyang Lake

Located in Pujiang County, southwest of Chengdu, 83 km away from Chengdu. It is composed of Chaoyang lake, Shixiang lake, Changtan lake and Feixian Pavilion, covering an area of 110 square kilometers. Chaoyang Lake scenic spot is far away from the world, elegant and clean, beautiful scenery, has the reputation of "water green city". It is one of the first batch of provincial scenic spots.

Introduction

Chaoyang Lake

It covers an area of 110 square kilometers. The lake covers an area of more than 80 square kilometers. There are 2 main channels, 4 islands, 28 bays and 108 peaks in the lake area. The main scenic spots are: the steep and deep "Tongtian cave" and the snow covered "Mulan island".

Natural landscape and cultural landscape grow together. Along the lake and mountains, there are more than 1000 kinds of trees, vines, flowers and plants, green and fluffy. There are eagles, Thrushes, flocks of white cranes, wild ducks and mandarin ducks playing in the lake area.

Changtan lake, 1 km away from Chaoyang lake, is 7.5 km long, with three islands, four branches of water and 20 bends. It is characterized by "broad water and great potential". Shixiang lake, 8 kilometers away, has thousands of hectares of Pinus massoniana forest, which is always lush, reflecting the "jiugou shibacha" lake water.

Chaoyang lake, a provincial scenic spot, consists of three lakes and one Pavilion, namely Changtan lake, Shixiang lake and Feixian Pavilion. Chaoyang Lake scenic area is located at the foot of Changqiu mountain, Chaoyang Lake Town, Pujiang County, covering an area of more than 80 square kilometers. The main scenic spots are: the steep and deep "Tongtian cave", the "Lotus Mountain" in the morning and evening, the "Mulan island" with snow covered flowers, the "Xianhe mountain" with cranes flying, the "Rhododendron wall" with flowers reflecting water, the mysterious "wind rock", and the "wild duck bay" with mandarin ducks playing in the water. Chaoyang lake is full of sceneries. Trees should live close to mountains. Fish should fly to the bottom of the lake. Eagles and cranes should fly in the air. Visitors come here as if they are in the Lijiang gallery.

Erlangtan cliff

The surrounding green peaks rise and fall, and the Pujiang River runs across. There are 92 niches and 777 statues in the Feixian cave and the foot of the mountain, dafoping and qinxingyan. Among them, there are 64 niches and 491 statues in Tang Dynasty, 17 niches and 256 statues in houshu of Five Dynasties, and 11 niches and 30 statues in Qing Dynasty. There are 19 inscriptions on Statues (11 in Tang Dynasty, 4 in later Shu Dynasty and 4 in Qing Dynasty). There are not only a large number of statues, but also a wide variety of statues. They are beautiful and of high artistic value. Among them, the ninth niche is the most exquisite. There are 38 statues in this niche, among which the Western Sansheng is a round sculpture, and the disciples and Dharma protector Tianlong Babu are high relief sculptures. On the flat top niche, the bodhi tree with dense branches and leaves is embossed, and the flying sky is carved with lines, with smooth lines and graceful posture, which is a typical style of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Under the Buddha's seat, there are relief sculptures with exquisite shapes.

Feixian Pavilion

Feixian Pavilion is located in Chaoyang Lake Town, southwest of Pujiang. According to Pujiang County annals and inscriptions, there was general Mo Gong from Henan Province in the Han Dynasty. When he returned to the south, he saw "the wings of the dragon and the Phoenix, the water fixed the mountain ring" and didn't want to go. He abandoned his official position and built a hut here to practice, until he "succeeded" and crossed the crane and "flew into the sky". Later generations built a pavilion to worship it. Feixian Pavilion is built by mountains and rivers. It is composed of arch bridge, Mountain Gate, yanyanting, lingxu Pavilion, Feixian lake, yinggongtai and so on. The water of erlongwei river is mixed with the green peak, which is very quiet. It is known as "Xiujia Shuxi". Around the pavilion, there are selected statues of erlangtan Moyan. There are 104 existing statues. Among the rocks, there is "song Zhenzong's imperial edict to xinxiangyuan". There are more than ten inscriptions, such as Feixian cave postscripts written by eminent monks in the Southern Song Dynasty, and inscriptions and postscripts written by literati in the past dynasties, all of which have high artistic value.

Shixiang Lake

Shixiang lake is located in the southwest of Pujiang County, about 8 kilometers away from Changtan lake. There is a large area of Pinus massoniana forest in the lake area, which reflects the zigzag water of "nine ditches and eighteen branches", so it is called "water maze". In addition to "ziyanyan", "hanmaquan", "xiamadun", "zhangkoushi", "gaitoujing" and other scenic spots, new scenic spots include "WoLonggang", "Fuling bay" and "Shixiang bay".

Chaoyang lake is an old scenic spot that has been developed for 20 years, with relatively complete tourism facilities. There are more than 20 hotels, more than 2000 beds, and other supporting facilities are relatively complete. There are motor boats, speedboats, battery boats, pedal boats and other recreational facilities in the lake area.

The nearby Long Beach Lake carries out a number of water sports, including: speedboat, water parachute, water motorcycle, canoeing, etc.

Changtan Lake

One kilometer away from Chaoyang lake, Changtan lake is a magnificent lake with a surface area of 3360 Mu and a water depth of more than 30 meters. There are four tributaries, three islands, 27 bays and more than 100 peaks around the lake. The vast blue waves on the lake, the clear peaks on both sides of the lake, the sparkling and the long reflection form Daodao green gallery and elegant natural scroll. There are "golden Turtle Island", "Bixia bay", "wohuling", "Jinzhong mountain", "Yuping mountain", "Hongyan village" and other scenic spots in the lake area. Each scenic spot is accompanied by moving legends, giving people unlimited reverie. The "lining rock" in the lake area is a relic of Shanxi ancient road. The road is connected to Mingshan and Ya'an, and goes down to Xinjin and Pengshan. There are 2.5 kilometers of climbing stone ladders. Pujiang Changtan lake water sports center is the only high-speed water sports center in Southwest China. It is more than 80 kilometers away from Chengdu and 40 minutes' drive by highway. It is adjacent to the famous Chaoyang lake. The lake has a surface area of more than 3000 mu and a water depth of more than 30 meters. There are four tributaries of the lake, 27 bays of three islands, more than 100 peaks rolling, green peaks on both sides, and long reflection, just like a natural picture.

Route one

Take a bus to Pujiang (82km) at Xinnanmen bus station in Chengdu, and then transfer to the shuttle bus to Chaoyang lake. You can also take a bus to Pujiang or directly to Chaoyang lake at Ximen, Beimen, Gaosun bridge, hongpailou, etc.

Route 2

From Chengdu to Pujiang is 108 National Highway, which is in good condition. Pujiang to Chaoyang lake is a general highway with a distance of 11.5 km and a general road condition.
