Gesanghua park is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Niangre road and dangre Road (north of the former municipal environmental sanitation bureau), which is a key project to create a national garden city. The project was selected by the Municipal Bureau of land and resources planning in 2009; In 2010, according to the overall arrangement and deployment of the municipal Party committee and government, gesanghua Park was included in the 60 Daqing Construction Project of Lhasa city. In September 2011, the demolition and compensation of the Great Wall Automobile repair plant and two commercial houses along the street were completed, and the land was replaced for two commercial houses along the street. At the end of September 2011, the modification, review, project approval and bidding of the design scheme were completed.

Construction achievements

The project started construction on September 25, 2011, with a total construction area of 13944 square meters and an estimated investment of 14.6461 million yuan. Engineering construction includes civil engineering and landscape engineering. Among them, the civil works include 17800 cubic meters of earth replacement, 1006 square meters of Garden Road, 1646 square meters of sidewalk, 6075 meters of landscape water supply and sprinkler irrigation, 962 square meters of Huachi square, 165 meters of landscape wall, 283 square meters of waterfront square, 1048 square meters of gesanghua scenic spot square, 966 square meters of water engineering, 975 meters of landscape drainage engineering, and a 2-storey building There are 23.6 square meters of public toilets in the park, a landscape stone rockery project, 723 sets of landscape lighting projects, high-voltage power distribution equipment, deep well pump room equipment, water supply and drainage projects; the landscape engineering includes 17 varieties of 960 trees, 11 varieties of 3856 square meters of landscape shrubs and 3142 square meters of lawn. By the end of September 18, 2013, all the projects have been completed, which can meet the needs of the public for rest and recreation, fitness and entertainment.
