Introduction to the memorial
The memorial hall faces north from the south, with the original tomb passage as the axis, connecting the front and back. The layout of the building is a quadrangle courtyard in the north, which adopts the construction method of Jiangnan garden. The building is in the architectural style of Ming and Qing Dynasties, with white walls and black tiles. Its style is a combination of thick, dignified, smart and exquisite. Zhou Gucheng, a famous historian, inscribed the name of the memorial hall. There are more than 1000 cultural relics and 2000 materials and photos in the museum. Among them, Zhang Taiyan's manuscripts and authentic calligraphic works, such as "revolutionary army" and "Yan Shu" by Zou Rong and "notes of Gao Lan room" by Zou Rong, are the most precious. This museum is the place with the richest collection of Mr. Zhang Taiyan's cultural relics in China.
