Musitan is hidden in the hidden place of the Himalayas, known as the "gem of the Himalayas". Its capital, Lo Mantang, has been certified as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO and is one of the best preserved medieval cities in the world. It was not until 1992 that musitang was opened to the outside world, but foreign tourists need to get a license to enter. So far, only 30 Chinese have been to musitang. There is no tourist strategy to look up.
history
In ancient times, musitang was an independent kingdom, which was very close to Tibet in language and culture. It was annexed by Nepal in the 18th century. The scope of the kingdom was reduced to the area around Luocheng at the northern end of musitang, which was once the only autonomous kingdom in Nepal. On October 7, 2008, the government of the Republic of Nepal ordered the kingdom to cease to exist. On October 7, 2008, the Nepalese government ordered the abolition of the king's throne in lomantang, the capital of the northern region of musitang, stopping the existence of the kingdom of musitang. The last king of musitang was Jigme palbar Bista, who was born in 1930. His family can be traced back to amepal, who is said to be a hero of the Mustang tribe. He established the monarchy of Mustang in 1350.
Most of the residents in musitang are Tibetan. It still retains the traditional culture and religion of Tibet. It is said that it is the birthplace of Tibetan culture.
People here need the Internet and Western medicine, and children have begun to leave their homes for "better" education in government run schools that refuse to teach in their mother tongue. What worries the old people in musitang is that their traditional and cultural heritages are beginning to disappear and will eventually die out.
A pair of local brothers from a Tibetan medicine family founded a school to teach Tibetan medicine in anatomy, chemistry and pharmacology, hoping to continue the inheritance of Tibetan medicine through their own efforts. Some secular monks also began to use their own national language to tell stories taught by their parents, hoping to publicize their culture in this way. Every Wednesday night, they sit around and talk to each other, telling each other what they know about the life of the Loba people. It was only opened to foreign tourists in 1992, so the local people's living habits still remain a few hundred years ago. On the way to mostan, visitors will walk through the deepest canyon in the world to kag. Romandan, the capital of mostan, is rich in culture. Due to its desert like geographical environment, it can only grow some crops that are easy to survive.

The place people flock to is not necessarily the imaginary paradise. Unlike most hedonists, the author chooses musitang, a forbidden place hidden deep in the clouds and rain of the Himalayas, where few people visit. Musitang is located in the north of Nepal, adjacent to China's Tibet. It was not opened to foreigners until the 1990s. It is the most well preserved area of Tibetan civilization in the world, and also the most original sample of Tibetan life in the world.
When you step on this land full of taboos and mysteries, everything becomes interesting and incredible. The meeting in the dark, the erosion in the forbidden place, the silence under the snow mountain, the shock of the rare beauty, the simplicity of the food in the lonely place. These fragments are just like freeze frame movie pictures, simple and meaningful. During the journey, there are the stimulation of space, time and soul, as well as the cognitive gratitude and contentment after the danger. These mixed feelings awaken the soul and faith.
The author measures every inch of strange land with his feet, feels the customs of the world with pious feelings, and embraces the sky and earth with the ultimate experience. The wild and uninhibited journey will stop and the wandering travelers will return. No matter how far they go, only returning to their heart is paradise.
