Qinglian temple is the traditional belief center of Ruisui Township, formerly known as the Cisheng palace built in the reign of Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty. In 1924 (the 13th year of Dazheng), it was rebuilt into a brick and tile building with three halls and two courtyards, which was renamed today. After many times of construction, it was completed in 1986 (75 years of the Republic of China). Most of the building materials are serpentine, which is rich in local characteristics. In addition to the traditional Buddhist and Taoist prayers in the temple, there is also a treasure of the temple - "bamboo cage".
