Dongfeng Farm: site 1, located in the southwest of Jinghong City, belongs to the agricultural reclamation branch of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, and the farm Department is located next to manjingwan, Xiaojie township. The site is 50 kilometers away from the urban area, with a total area of 196929 mu, and 166841 Mu has been reclaimed and utilized.

Site 2 is located in Chongming Island, Shanghai, along the West in the north, adjacent to the Yangtze River Farm in the East, Gangdong, Jianshe and Datong Township in the south, Changzheng farm in the west, and Chengqiao and other rural reclamation areas in the north, with a total area of 27.3 square kilometers and a cultivated area of 23647 mu. The total population is 15386, including 11624 permanent employees. The site is 13 kilometers away from the county. There are 4 companies, 4 agricultural management areas and 47 family farms.

Farm introduction

It was built in January 1958 and named Dongfeng Farm. In 1960, it was driven by Dongfeng. Qianshao farm and Damenglong farm jointly build Dongfeng general farm, which governs six farms including Longquan farm, Wenquan farm, Donglin farm, Fengjing farm, Qianshao farm and Jiangfeng farm. In 1967, the CMC was established, and in April 1968, the general reform committee was established. In 1970, it was the second regiment of the first division of Yunnan production and Construction Corps. In October 1974, the withdrawal regiment restored the farm. In 1993, it has jurisdiction over 13 branches and power plants. Rubber factory, latex products factory, timber factory, agricultural technology extension station, hospital, middle school, directly affiliated branch and other 8 directly affiliated units. Farm climate

The climate is tropical monsoon climate, with an average annual temperature of 21.2 ℃. The fields and teams are distributed in the hilly area along the edge of menglongba, with an altitude of 600-800 meters and an annual rainfall of 1445.5 mm.

In 1993, the total area of rubber plantation was 150387 mu, with a total of 3.6494 million plants. The cutting area was 133055 mu, with 2.7553 million plants. The annual output of dry rubber was 1584.86 tons. The average yield per mu is 107.2 kg and the yield per plant is 5.18 kg, both of which rank among the world's advanced ranks. The output value of dry rubber is 108.4 million yuan, accounting for 86.2% of the total industrial and agricultural output value.

Farm size

There are 4 standard rubber factories with a daily processing capacity of 89 tons, and 1 concentrated latex factory with a daily processing capacity of 15 tons. From 1966 to 1993, 121253.91 tons of dry rubber were processed. In 1993, the area of rice was 2016 mu, with a total yield of 519.5 tons and 257.6 kg per mu; the area of fruit was 1792 mu, with 1219 Mu put into production and 141.14 tons of fruit; the number of live pigs was 18155, with 13753 sold and 1177.41 tons of meat; the area of fish was 1601 mu, with 116.61 tons of fish.

The industry mainly includes repair, electric power, latex products, wood, food and beverage, etc. In 1993, the farm repair factory had 44 sets of various equipment, which undertook the repair tasks of automobiles and tractors, the manufacture of simple equipment, and the forging of farm tools. There are three hydropower stations, with a total installed capacity of 6800 kW, generating 16.011 million kwh. In addition to ensuring the power consumption of the site, it also solves the production and living power consumption of Damenglong town and Xiaojie township. Latex products, put into production in 1989, have five production lines of medical gloves, infusion tube, bottle stopper, sponge pad and concentrated latex. The mill was put into operation in 1990, producing 1676 cubic meters of square timber, totaling 2987.8 cubic meters. The food and beverage factory was put into operation in 1985, with an annual output of 90000 bottles of honey beer in 1989. It stopped production in 1990 and produced 66.09 tons of preserved fruits in 1993. The total industrial output value reached 6.4214 million yuan, accounting for 5.1% of the total industrial and agricultural output value.

The state-owned Dongfeng Farm is an important economic force in Xishuangbanna, with an annual output value of more than 300 million yuan and annual profits and taxes of more than 30 million yuan (the highest year is 41 million yuan). It has made outstanding contributions to the economic prosperity, national unity and social progress of Xishuangbanna, and played a supporting role in the reform, development and stability of the frontier. The development of Dongfeng Farm radiates and drives the rapid development of local economic construction. By using the advantages of capital, technology and brand, Dongfeng Farm helps and supports the local development of private rubber in the form of joint venture, making rubber planting the main way out for local people to get rid of poverty and become rich. The construction of water, electricity, roads, schools, hospitals and optical cable TV in the farm has brought great convenience and benefits to the material and cultural life of the villagers in Menglong area, and effectively promoted the unity, cooperation and common development of the farms.

Rubber industry level

With the persistent pursuit of the national rubber industry by the staff of state farms and the active exploration and unremitting efforts of several generations of Dongfeng people, the rubber production, processing and management of state-owned Dongfeng Farm is now at the world's leading level, with an annual output of more than 20000 tons of national first-class standard natural rubber. "Dongfeng" brand natural light color standard rubber is the first product with registered trademark in the production of natural rubber enterprises in China. It won the silver award in the first China Agricultural Expo, the Gold Award in the second China Agricultural Expo, and was recognized as the "famous brand product" in the third China Agricultural Expo. The coffee rubber product quality inspection station of Yunnan Province has carried out regular sampling inspection twice a year, which has maintained a high level of 100% of the qualified rate of sampling inspection, and fully reached the inspection exemption standard specified in the No. 24 document issued by the State Council. In 2004, it was awarded "famous brand product" and "famous trademark" by Yunnan famous brand strategy promotion committee.

The state-owned Dongfeng Farm is law-abiding and has reliable reputation. It is rated as "advanced enterprise of abiding by contract and keeping promise" by Yunnan Provincial People's government, as "trustworthy enterprise of quality" by Xishuangbanna Bureau of quality and technical supervision, and as "honest unit" by Yunnan Consumer Association in 2004.

Farm reform

The state-owned Dongfeng Farm set up and implemented the scientific development concept, people-oriented, and deepened the internal reform of the enterprise. In 2004, it implemented the separation of administration and enterprise, and established the Dongfeng Branch of Yunnan Natural Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. After the separation of government and enterprise, the production and operation are separated from the community management. The Party committee of Dongfeng Farm timely adjusts the development strategy, and puts forward the development strategy of "changing the work function, adjusting the two structures, and realizing one goal", that is, changing the production and operation into the community management, adjusting the industrial structure and economic structure, and building a well-off society in an all-round way. While speeding up the development of state-owned economy, we unswervingly encouraged and supported the development of non-public economy, actively explored the "Dongfeng model" of non-public economic development, and made remarkable achievements. By the end of 2004, more than 57000 mu of private rubber has been planted at home and abroad, more than 11000 Mu has been cut and put into operation, more than 5000 mu of tropical fruits have been planted, and the "10000 head dairy cattle development project", which is known as the "innovation project" under the rubber forest by experts, has been officially launched for making full use of the land resources under the rubber forest to plant pasture to raise dairy cattle, driving the rapid development of the breeding industry. In that year, the total income of the non-public economy was more than 35 million yuan, the average household income was 4003 yuan, and there were more than 3000 employees in the non-public economy.

At the same time, Dongfeng Farm conscientiously implements the national and local government's spirit of promoting the healthy development of small town construction, speeds up the pace of Dongfeng town construction, and lists town construction as an important content of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In less than two years, new Dongfeng towns with complete infrastructure, perfect service functions and clean environment have begun to take shape. Due to the functional effect of Dongfeng Town, it has started a large number of private capital, promoted the coordinated development of secondary and tertiary industries, expanded employment channels, widened the development space of non-public economy, realized the transfer of rural population to cities and towns, and effectively promoted the rapid development of farm and local economy and society.

The non-public economic development and urban construction of state-owned Dongfeng Farm are in the forefront of Yunnan Agricultural Reclamation, which has been fully affirmed by the General Administration of Yunnan Agricultural Reclamation. In May 2005, Dongfeng Farm successfully held the "on-site meeting of non-public economic development and small town construction of Yunnan Agricultural Reclamation", which was highly praised by the participants and leaders at all levels.
