Changqingfang
Changqing Square: in the west of Shangqing ancient street, the first place to visit is Changqing square. In the Qing Dynasty, Shangqing residential area was divided into three squares, namely Wutong square, Zhongfang square and Changqing square. Changqingfang built here is the temple of Zhu Danxi, one of the four great medical experts in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties. It is commonly known as Master Zhu Temple by local people.
The temple was first built in the Yuan Dynasty and has been restored several times. Now we can see that there are door blocks on the top of the door, engraved with the words "changqingfang" and "lingzhongxingyue". They are all rebuilt and engraved during the Yongzheng and Kangxi periods of the Qing Dynasty. The whole temple is not big. It is divided into two parts: the main hall and the side hall. It covers an area of about three mu and is of brick and wood structure. If you pay a little attention, you can find that there are two ear doors on the west side of the main hall The main hall was rebuilt in the 14th year of the Republic of China. Two small patios were opened on the East and west sides of the main hall for lighting. In the hall, there are four statues of Zhu Danxi, his wife and children, and in the side hall, there are statues of the king of Tibet and the Avalokitesvara.
