Mud slide theme park: China Xiushan Island mud slide theme park is located in the northwest end of Xiushan Island, facing thousands of acres of flat beach, backed by the provincial Wetland Nature Reserve, with unique regional resource advantages and beautiful natural scenery. The design of the park emphasizes the harmony and unity of nature and art, and provides people with an entertainment place integrating tourism, leisure, convalescence, scientific education and culture.

The park is divided into three functional areas: large, medium and small. It mainly carries out tourism projects with the theme of "mud", which is the first of its kind in China. There are sailing mud skating, bucket mud skating, mud competition, modern mud slimming, mud climbing, mud bath, mud therapy, mud fishing and other projects, which are rich, interesting and exciting.

Lanxiu Culture Museum: located in Beipu, Xiushan Township, Daishan County, it was formerly known as "Tianqu garden" root carving bonsai exhibition art museum. It was renovated from the old house in Ming and Qing Dynasties, with a total of 9 rooms. It is a civil structure, antique quadrangle house, covering an area of more than 1000 square meters.

There are Mr. Li Haigu memorial hall, celebrity painting and calligraphy exhibition room, Lanxiu cultural relics museum, "Lanxiu Gang" maritime history room, Lanxiu orchid exhibition room, root carving bonsai exhibition room, Lanxiu "three families" family history room, etc.

Among them, it has collected more than 200 pieces of calligraphy and painting of celebrities such as Xu Zhikang, Yang Jianwei and Ni Zhuqing, as well as wood furniture, bonsai and root carving of Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Lanxiu Culture Museum comprehensively reflects Xiushan's profound history and culture, and is also a true portrayal of Xiushan's local customs and historical changes.

Xiushan beach group: located in the eastern part of the scenic area, it is composed of three beaches (kowniu), Sanjiao and Jiuzi. The beach group has flat slope, yellow sand, clear sea water and crescent shape.

Among them, kounihu beach is the most outstanding, with a total length of 600 meters and a width of 100 meters, facing east. In addition to beach activities, fishing or net expanding operations can also be carried out on the sea surface outside the beach. Because of the gentle tide, numerous reefs and rich algae, many famous and special fish, crabs and shellfish live and inhabit in the sea area and reefs.

Especially in summer and autumn, groups of tiger head fish, chinchilla and other fish spawn on the beach and between the reefs. Tourists can go out to sea according to the fishing ceremony of fishermen at that time. When the "fish cabin" is full, they can return to the barbecue area and barbecue their own fruits. They can taste the freshest seafood and enjoy the delicious food.

Jiuzifoyu: in xiaojiuzi village of Xiushan scenic area, it is a natural pictograph rock named yaoyanling. This rock stands out from the reef group and faces Zhoushan island across the sea. From a distance, you can see that it looks like Guanyin. From the side, there is a small Buddha on the back of Guanyin. Its shape is lifelike and amazing. It is said that it was the incarnation of Guanyin Bodhisattva when he went to Putuo Mountain for a rest.

Traffic situation

There are two main docks on the island, Hai'ao and Lanshan. From Dinghai Sanjiang Wharf on Zhoushan Island, you can take a boat or a ferry to Lanshan Wharf at the south end of the island. There are shuttle buses to the scenic spots. Hai'ao wharf is mainly engaged in flights from Daishan Gaoting wharf to Xiulan island.
