Main attractions
Pearl Temple
It was built in the Tang Dynasty. In front of the temple, there are many historic sites, such as a wash basin (said to be Li Bai's hand washing place), a well in front of the gate, and oil salt stone. There are two red maple trees standing at the edge of the releasing pool, which is not dry all the year round. They are four or five feet high and can be hugged. There are more than 500 years old osmanthus trees behind the temple. In the spring of 1984, a rare and highly ornamental variety of Phyllostachys pubescens, luohanzhu, grew in the bamboo forest behind the temple.
Jiang zushi
It's named "God of crossing the river in the shape of ancient times". Jiangzushi stretches into the middle of the river, causing the water to whirl and the stream to flow rapidly, forming a backwater pool beside the rock, where fish are hidden.
Li Bai diaotai
On the east side of the steep cliff of jiangzushi, there is an abrupt rock with a flat surface and three feet square. According to legend, it is the place where Li Bai fished. There are many poems left. Now we record the poem "drinking alone on Qingxi jiangzushi and sending power to Zhaoyi"
I took a bottle of wine and went to jiangzushi alone.
Since heaven and earth opened, thousands of feet longer?
Raise your glass to the sky, smile, and open back to the sun.
Forever willing to sit on this stone, long hanging Yanling fishing.
Thanks to the people in the mountain, you can be in tune with me.
According to legend, Quan Zhaoyi is Li Bai's Taoist friend and a native of Tianshui. The poem "long hanging Yanling fishing" quotes the allusion of Yan Ziling living in seclusion and fishing by Fuchun River to express his concern for the country and the people.
Tongtian gate
It is a magnificent stone city gate with a height of more than 10 Zhang built by four huge rocks. On the right side of the rock wall is engraved with three big characters of "Tongtian gate". On the left side of the rock wall is engraved with seven ancient "you wanluo mountain" written by Chizhou magistrate Zhang Tufan in 1773. The full text is nearly 300 words. The poem vividly depicts the landscape of wanluo mountain.
Luoren stone
On the north side of wanluo mountain, it is ten feet high. There is a sentence in Li Bai's poem "Qiupu song" that is "luoren hengniao daoren", which describes this rock, so it is named "luoren stone".
Qiupu River
Qiupu river originates from Qimen County, flows into Guichi through Shitai County and flows into Yangtze River. From Wushan in Ketian of Shitai County to huzidu (now Xiangkou town of Shitai County) is the upstream, which is called Gongjun river. Huzidu is hereinafter called Qiupu River, which stretches for 40 kilometers. It is named Qiupu because of its "clear streams and long autumn". Since the Shicheng County was changed into Qiupu County in 599, Qiupu river has become the symbol of Guichi. There are many places of interest along the river. In Shicheng village of Guankou Township, there is the site of Shicheng County of Danyang County in the Han Dynasty. During the Three Kingdoms period, Sun Quan made Han the Marquis of Shicheng, and later Huang Gai the mayor of Shicheng. In yujingtan, there is Prince Liang Zhaoming's diaotai; in Xiushan, there is Prince Zhaoming's burial mound; there are also some scenic spots, such as yangtiantang, jindengya, dawangdong, etc. Li Bai, an immortal poet, is fond of mountains and waters, especially Qiupu. In his later years, he visited Qiupu five times and traveled all over the banks of Qiupu river. He left 45 poems, including 17 of the famous songs of Qiupu, which described the local conditions and customs of Qiupu and made the scenery of Qiupu famous throughout the ages.
Qingxi River
Qingxi River, also known as Baiyang River. When Li Bai visited Qiupu, he had many boat trips to Qingxi River, and the mountains and rivers on both sides of the river left the traces of poetic immortals. Li Bai once fished in jiangzushi, went to bailuzhuang to make pills, spent the night in xiahu lake, sent kuzhulian to stay, and went to Taohuawu to meet friends. He wrote many poems, such as a trip to the Qingxi River, hearing the flute in the middle of the night in the Qingxi River, farewell to Zhou Gang's banquet in the jade mirror pool in the Qingxi River, and a trip to the mountains in the Qingxi river. He wrote in the poem "Qingxi line" in the five laws
Qingxi is clear in my heart, and the water is different in color.
Ask Xin'anjiang, why?
People walking in the mirror, birds in the screen.
At night, the chimpanzee crows, and the sky mourns the wanderer.
In his poems, Li Bai vividly describes the beautiful scenery of Qingxi River, focusing on the clear water color of Qingxi River, expressing the poet's love for Qingxi and his aversion to turbidity.
Historical changes
Wanluo mountain, located in Chizhou City, is a small hill. Before the founding of Taishun County, it was commonly known as "Fanluo mountain", because at that time the mountain was surrounded by fields, but the farmers who cultivated these fields lived far away from Baixi and Dongyuan at the foot of Tianguan mountain. In order not to miss farming hours and save round-trip time, every morning when they go out of work, they take their lunch with bamboo "rice baskets" and put them on the wanluo mountain in the field, or hang them on the branches of the mountain for lunch break. From a distance, the mountain is full of rice baskets. As time goes by, this small hill is called "rice baskets mountain". As for the origin of the name of wanluo mountain, another explanation can be found in the local chronicles. According to the records of fenjianglu, pan Tingmei rebuilt the pavilion of wanluo mountain. It has the following description: "before the rule of my city, there was a small Fu uplift, which was more than ten Ren. When you look up from the top, you can see the back of the peaks, the low battlements, and the high and low of other people. It's all inclusive, because it's named wanluo."
After the establishment of Taishun County in the third year of Jingtai in Ming Dynasty, because the mountain was standing in front of the county government, its image was like seal, also known as Yinshan. Wanluo mountain, verdant trees, pine and cypress towering. One of the trees is popular. Because its fruit "Kuchu" is ground into fine powder, added with some rice flour and mixed into paste, it can be made into food like "jiucenggao". It has the function of clearing away heat and detoxification. Every year when the fruit matures and falls, children go to the mountain to pick it up. Ha ha ha, you rob me. It's very lively and interesting. Because of the luxuriant trees, there are many birds and animals living here. Among them, squirrels are the most active, so some enthusiasts come to catch them.
At the end of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty, the county magistrate Zhao Gong built a pavilion on the top of wanluo mountain for tourists to rest. Later, in the reign of Daoguang (1836), county magistrate Chen Dianjie thought that the pavilion should be built on the "Yinshan". It will be demolished because it is harmful to Fengshui. Since then, the mountain has been barren for more than 20 years. Later, in the early years of tongzhi (around 1865), pan Tingmei, a gentry, and others started to rebuild it. It was a two-story octagonal pavilion.
During the Anti Japanese War, the KMT government changed wanluo mountain to "Zhongshan Park" and dug a big hole in the front of the county government to build a "memorial to the soldiers killed in the Anti Japanese War". From then on, "Yinshan" revealed its defects and became less complete.
In addition, on the pavilion on the top of the mountain, a big bell with a weight of more than 800 kg was hung as an alarm. According to the intelligence of the air surveillance sentry at nandiao at that time, when the enemy plane was about to arrive, it sounded the alarm for preparation; when the enemy plane was near, it sounded the alarm for emergency; when the enemy plane went, it sounded the alarm for demotion, so as to direct the evacuation of the people at Chengguan.
Although wanluo mountain has its unique natural landscape beauty, it is fascinating, but it also has many disasters. In the 1970s after liberation, in order to mourn their dead friends in the cultural revolution, the so-called "revolutionary rebels" demolished the buildings and pavilions on the mountain, cut down some ancient trees and prepared to build a "martyrs' cemetery" here after they fled back to Taishun. Later, it was stopped because of the end of the "Cultural Revolution".
In the 1990s, under the initiative of the county elderly association, a second floor building was rebuilt on the ruins of the mountain top. Octagonal pavilion. New pavilion entrance: the volume of the original pavilion has been expanded by one third, and the design is more spectacular, which adds a bright spot to the scenery of wanluo mountain and makes wanluo mountain more beautiful.
