Among them, Wanning Shimei Bay dahuajiao tourist highway starts from Shimei Bay in the South and passes through Nanyan Bay, Shenzhou Peninsula, laoyehai and Baoding Bay in the north, with a total length of 32.4 km. It is a two-way two lane second-class highway with a design speed of 40 km / h. The project investment is about 1 billion yuan. The scheme design has been completed and transferred to the feasibility study. It is planned to start construction at the end of this year.

It is understood that the tourist highway from Shimei Bay to dahuajiao in Wanning will be the first demonstration project of tourist highway in Hainan Province, which will highlight the three characteristics of sightseeing, leisure and ecological landscape.
