The Qiang flute can't blow down, and the slender crescent moon hangs on the top of the mountain. " In the poem, Phoenix, cloud, Qiang flute and moon are interwoven and integrated in the sky of Qinghai Plateau. When you climb to the top of the mountain, you can see the mountains and clouds. Phoenix Pavilion is majestic and magnificent, pavilion back to the column. Looking back around the fence, you can have a panoramic view of Xining. There are many Calligrapher's ink treasures in the pavilion. One of them is "Phoenix comes back to see the renovation of the ancient city, thousands of smoke scenes, see the background; Huangshui goes to the East, feel the vicissitudes and changes, great achievements of thousands of years, enjoy the whole journey.". In particular, there is a banner "Hehuang Yinfeng" on the pavilion, which is praised by tourists. Symmetrical with the Phoenix Pavilion is the launching tower of Xining TV station, which is a circular building. One Pavilion and one tower echo each other from afar, showing the pioneering and development of Xining's modernization construction.
