The former site of Dongjiang column headquarters is located in Tuyang village, Kwai Chung Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It was originally an Italian Catholic Church, built in 1912. The main building is a two-story rammed earth wooden building with Western appearance and decoration.

During the Anti Japanese War, the building became the headquarters of Dongjiang column of Guangdong People's Anti Japanese guerrillas led by the Communist Party of China. At that time, the meeting room of the headquarters was located in the main hall. The upstairs was the residence of Zeng Sheng, Yin Linping, Wang zuoyao and other leaders. The "Tuyang conference" in the history of Dongzong was held here. The small flat behind the building is a small training ground. There is a memorial Pavilion of Dongjiang column behind the training ground. After liberation, the former site once became the site of Tuyang primary school. In May 1998, the Dongjiang column historical relics exhibition hall was set up and officially opened to the outside world. In the spring of 1942, according to the development of the war situation and the need to carry out the guerrilla war behind the enemy, the headquarters of the Guangdong People's Anti Japanese guerrilla Corps led by the Communist Party of China was moved from Longhua to the building in Tuyang village, Kwai Chung. Tuyang village was separated from Hong Kong by Li Bi mountain, Dapeng Peninsula in the East, Yantian and Shatoujiao in the west, Dapeng Bay in the south, and shayuyong was the main traffic port in South China at that time. On December 2, 1943, in accordance with the instructions of the Party Central Committee, the Dongjiang column of the Guangdong People's Anti Japanese guerrillas officially announced its establishment. Its commander Zeng Sheng, political commissar Yin Linping, deputy commander and chief of staff Wang zuoyao, and director of the political department Yang Kanghua. The main building is the place where Zeng Sheng, Yin Linping, Wang zuoyao and other leaders work and live. The chapel is used as a meeting room and combat room, and the auxiliary room is changed into a working room for the staff. The small flat behind the building is a small training ground. There is an octagonal pavilion with glazed eaves at the back of the training ground, which is the "Dongjiang column Memorial Pavilion" built by the people's government after liberation. In the spring of 1945, Dongzong headquarters moved from Tuyang village to Luofu Mountain in Boluo county. After liberation, the site became the site of Tuyang primary school for a time. In September 1984, it was announced as a "municipal cultural relics protection unit" by Shenzhen Municipal People's government. In March 1997, the city, district and town allocated funds to restore the former site of Dongzong headquarters and set up an exhibition hall of Dongzong historical relics there. On May 4, 1998, the site was officially opened to the public. The basic display is divided into two parts: "Dongjiang column historical relics exhibition" and "restoration display". Through 119 objects and a large number of photos and documents, the exhibition shows the revolutionary spirit and fighting course of Dongjiang column, which is "pioneer in southern regions, famous overseas, hard-working style and everlasting". Through the restoration of some objects used by commander Zeng Sheng in his work and life at that time, the restoration display reproduces the historical facts that Comrade Zeng Sheng led Dong Dong to become a "pioneer for the people" under the difficult conditions. In July 2002, the former site of Dongzong headquarters was declared as "provincial cultural relics protection unit" by Guangdong Provincial People's government.
