Website introduction: known as the cradle of opera artists, the Chinese opera academy, formerly known as the opera Experimental School of the Ministry of culture of the Central People's government, was founded in 1950 and officially named as the Chinese opera school in 1955. In October 1978, with the approval of the State Council, it was restructured into China Academy of traditional Chinese opera, and the first undergraduate was recruited in that year. In April 2000, the college was assigned to Beijing by the Ministry of culture.
