Satan refers to the fallen angels (also known as the devil) recorded in the Bible, who rebelled against God and the Lord. He was once an angel in front of the throne of God, but later degenerated into the devil because of his arrogance and delusion to be equal with God, which is the source of evil and darkness.
The original meaning of Hebrew is "enemy". Satan used to be one of the highest angels in heaven. Before he fell, he was a six winged angel. Because of his status, power and dignity, he became confused and began to feel humble. He wanted to be equal to his creator, the Lord, so he was expelled from the kingdom of heaven by the Lord.
Satan summoned a third of the angels to join the rebellion against God. In the garden of Eden, Eve and Adam were lured to eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and evil entered the world.
The coat of Mendez, the Sabbath goat
The so-called "Pentagram of mandes" or "goat of the Sabbath" appeared in the 1850s. It is often confused with the badge of the order of templars (baphomet) described by the French mystic Eliphas Levi. The symbol described by Levi is not a symbol of sin, but a union of reconciliation, redemption and God.

But in modern times, the two are often confused, so that it is almost impossible to distinguish the difference between them. The origin of "Mendes goat" may lie in Levi's depiction of the paphimie of the Templar order, the goat of the witches' night feast, and the heraldry of the Egyptian sun god Ammon, which, according to Levi's description, represents fertility and sexual freedom. However, Levi's statement may be fictional, because the representative of Amun is ram rather than goat. Egyptians believe that ram is the object of Amun's attachment in the world (Zeus in Greece likes to attach himself to olive trees, Apollo likes to attach himself to Eagles), so ram is also the symbol of Sun God. However, some people still insist on this doubtful argument.
A simplified emblem was adopted by Anton Lavey as the representative emblem of Satanism, which he founded in 1966. Surrounded by the pentagram, the Hebrew word means "Leviathan." it is a sea beast mentioned in the Old Testament.
This heraldry is occasionally called "the goat of Judas" by modern Satanists.

use. This heraldry originated from the 16th century Italian dark magic book grimorium verum, also known as "the truth of grimoire". It is often used together with other magic symbols. Moco Cornuto
Body charm to resist evil eyes. It's not clear whether the gesture originated from "hand out of the eye". It is probably related to the ancient moon goddess's animal horn shaped and protective insignia. The use of angled fingers is reversed by Satanists. This may be due to heavy metal musicians and their fans (this symbol is often found in rock music). The symbol of angled fingers is often used by witchcraft groups as the symbol of "Horned God" or "moon goddess".

Folding cross
Also known as the cross of St. Peter, it has become the emblem of demon worship,
St. Peter's Cross (inverted cross)
St. Peter's Cross (inverted cross)
Although it is more often used by non Satanists. In the calendar, St. Peter was persecuted by the Roman emperor Nile for preaching, and finally was crucified for martyrdom. St. Peter asked to be crucified upside down for the Lord, so many Christians regard it as a symbol of humility. Today, this symbol is used to oppose Christian doctrine, and it may be wrongly copied from the concept of St. Peter's inverse cross. The reverse cross is also a reversal of the mystical symbol, which is related to the hanging of a man upside down in the twelfth tarot card.

The gate of the dead
The gate of the dead
Also known as YOG The gate of the dead often appears on the cover of H.P. Lovecraft, a horror novelist. It is designed by him and originated from the myth of Kru created by American novelist Howard Philip Lovecraft. The gate of the dead has the meaning of protecting and resisting evil. At the same time, it is an entrance to the more ancient gods. This symbol is, in a way, the emblem of the God of YOG Sotos (key and door). It's a powerful talisman for those who are brave enough to try the magic of the book of the dead, to protect you from being killed by the cruel gods in the myth.
