Take the decoction or take the medicine spray. One oral: 1 jin fresh root, made into 500 ml concentrated decoction. Children under 10 years old take 100ml every day, three to four times. 29 cases of pharyngeal diphtheria and 3 cases of tracheobronchial diphtheria were treated. Except 2 cases died of myocardial paralysis due to sudden asphyxia and severe poisoning, they were all cured. The average medication time of cured cases was 6.8 days. Dyspnea returned to normal in 2-8 days. Pseudomembrane of pharyngeal head fell off in 2-7 days. Body temperature dropped in 2-10 days. Bacterial culture turned negative in 4-8 days. Two spray: fresh root of the root of the cow root, mash up, add 30~40 degrees of boiling water to soaking for 24 hours, and filter juice. The throat spray was loaded with fresh juice, and was injected 1 times every 2 hours, until the membrane was stripped. According to the preliminary observation of 35 cases, more than half of the cases had pseudomembranous falling off completely on the 4th day after treatment, the fastest was 17 hours, but some cases were prolonged to 15 days. There seems to be no obvious relationship between the number of injection and the stripping speed. As the pseudomembrane subsided, the systemic symptoms gradually disappeared or alleviated. In addition, use 5-7 fresh Achyranthes bidentata to mash and grind the juice, add it into human milk or half a cup of cold boiled water, swallow a little every 10-20 minutes, or drip it from the nostril, so that the medicine can act on the throat. Two cases were cured in 4-s days.
② Treatment of pneumonia in children
Mash 1 catty of fresh native ox knee root, add appropriate amount of boiling water, wring 1 catty of juice, and steam for half an hour. 15 ml for 1-2 years old and 20-26 ml for 3-5 years old, once every 4-6 hours. Twenty six cases of measles complicated with pneumonia, bronchopneumonia and influenza pneumonia were treated. Among them, 7 cases were treated with other traditional Chinese medicine. After 1-6 days (average 2.6 days), 24 cases were cured and 2 cases died.
③ Induced labor
Take about 2 inches of fresh native cattle knee root (white or red is not effective), wash it, scrape off the thick skin, cut one end into a cone, tie a piece of silk thread at the tail, and soak it in high pressure or 75% alcohol for disinfection. After routine disinfection of vulva and cervix, the root of Achyranthes bidentata was gently inserted into cervix, and then sterilized gauze was inserted into vagina to prevent Achyranthes bidentata from prolapsing. It can also be mashed with 5g fresh Achyranthes bidentata, soaked with sterile gauze, rolled into strips, wrapped with sterile plastic paper, punctured with a number of holes (to facilitate the exudation of drug juice), and then inserted into the cervix according to the above method. Generally, the effect can occur within 12-24 hours. The roots of Achyranthes bidentata were excreted spontaneously when abortion occurred. If it is not effective within 24 hours, it should be taken out and inserted if it is fresh. According to the observation of 18 cases, 11 cases were successful and 1 case was incomplete abortion. It was also used in 4 cases of delayed abortion (2 cases of stillbirth) and 2 cases of hydatidiform mole in the first month. Drug reaction has mild temperature rise, after abortion can be reduced to normal. However, it must be strictly disinfected and operated to prevent infection and cervical trauma.
