Qu Jun (1436-1504) was born in Changshu County, Suzhou Prefecture, southern Zhili. In the fifth year of Chenghua (1469), Zhang Shengbang ranked the third among the scholars of the same department. He was moved from Yushi to Guangdong as deputy envoy of Chacha. Gongshuhua, lanzhuxingbi, thin and vigorous, is the second king of calligraphy. Good for poetry.
