Cui Ming
Male, born in March 1955, graduated from the Department of economic geography, Peking University in 1982. From 1982 to 1986, he worked in the former Bureau of agricultural regionalization of the State Planning Commission. Since 1987, he has been the deputy director, director and assistant inspector of the Department of agricultural resources regionalization management of the Ministry of agriculture; in 1998, he was the deputy director of the Department of agriculture of Xinjiang; in 2001, he was the assistant inspector of the Department of development planning of the Ministry of agriculture. At present, he is the vice president, chief engineer and researcher of the planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of agriculture. He is also the vice president of China Rural Energy Industry Association, vice president of China Society of agricultural resources and regionalization, executive director of China Society of agricultural engineering, executive director of China Society of urban planning and vice president of agricultural science and Technology Park Branch of China agricultural society.

Cui Ming, female, born in Yingkou, Liaoning Province, is an associate researcher of Institute of desertification, Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences. Mainly engaged in rocky desertification control, soil erosion mechanism, mining vegetation restoration and other aspects of research work. He presided over the investigation and evaluation of crop straw energy utilization resources issued by the national energy office, the research on Key Technologies of village and town spatial planning and land use, and the research on Key Technologies of village and town infrastructure.

1.
