Miao Lijie, female, was born in Bin County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. Engaged in professional training in 1992, he was selected into Harbin Hualong team, coach Jiang Wenwen; in August 1990, he entered Harbin City team, coach Jiang Wenwen; in September 1994, he entered youth team, coach Liu Jizeng; in November 1997, he entered national team, coach Ma Yuenan. In February 2005, he signed to join the home team of Sacramento in WNBA.
