Early experience
Ding Dang grew up in a divorced family and depended on his mother. In 2000, 17-year-old Ding Dang, recommended by his friends, went from Jiaxing to Hangzhou bar to become a singer and began his resident singing career despite the opposition of his family. In 2004, Mayday's agent took a fancy to Ding Dang in the bar and signed him into rolling stone records.
