Lei Haichao introduced that there are over 600000 primary healthcare institutions in towns, communities, and villages providing daily prevention, health care, rehabilitation, and medical services for the people. More than 5 million grassroots medical personnel are working on the front line at the grassroots level. The promotion of the healthcare infrastructure project should be planned from three aspects:

Continuously promote the construction of closely knit county-level medical communities. This year, we aim to achieve over 90% of counties meeting the compact standard, and by the end of 2027, the compact county medical community will have achieved full coverage. A closely knit county-level medical community refers to the connection of resources and services at the county, township, and village levels within the county.
