The inspection report provided in its bidding documents was inconsistent with the inspection report archived by the inspection agency, and the supplier engaged in illegal behavior of providing false materials to win the bid
In June 2023, a certain engineering company in Dalian was confirmed as the winning supplier in the government procurement activity of the "Upgrading and Renovation Project of a Monitoring Station" after evaluation. Two performance contracts were provided in its bidding documents, but the counterparty to the contract denied having signed the contract with the supplier.
