Lei Zhongde (? ~ 1910) is a native of Ankang County, Shaanxi Province.
Tongzhi eight years (1869) Zhongju, Tongzhi ten years Jinshi, since then six years served as a general, editor, Shouzhang and other posts. In 1877, Tongzhi was intercepted and distributed to Sichuan by Pro elders. In the fifth year of Guangxu, Tongzhi of Zhili was supplemented. Western Sichuan is a mixed area of Han and Tibetan, with complex folk customs. After he took office, Lei Zhongde advocated the construction of academies and took the post of lecturer to spread culture and cultivate folk customs. The second Lama of the Jin Dynasty made trouble and led the crowd into the Department, which made the officials disgraced. Lei Zhongde stepped forward and told the audience how to get rid of it. Soon after, he was transferred to Zhongzhou Zhuan. In the ninth year of Guangxu, he was transferred to Shizhu hall. In the same year, he was promoted as a magistrate and served as a salt transportation envoy. In the 14th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu, Tong Zhaorong, the governor of Xing'an, invited him to preside over Guannan Academy. After the funeral leave, he returned to Sichuan and successively worked in fulba salt bureau, Yazhou Prefecture, Luzhou Liju, Ningyuan Prefecture and Jiading Prefecture. In the twenty-four year of Guangxu, he was promoted to be a candidate for the road and was transferred to Chongqing seal and Chengdu seal. Shi Ningyuan Ashe Xingbing, the number of guards changed. Xi Liang, governor of Sichuan Province, was familiar with the feelings of foreigners by Lei Zhongde. He was invited to take up the post by himself. In March, he couldn't sleep at night, exhausted his spirit, and suffered without good medicine. He died in 1901. He wrote the collection of poems of wanyaotang.
