Chen Lei

Chen Lei, male, Han nationality, was born in Beijing in June 1954. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1980 and began to work in September 1971. He graduated from Northeast Institute of technology with a bachelor's degree and graduated from North China University of water resources and hydropower with a master's degree in Engineering and a professor level senior engineer.

He is now deputy director of the agricultural and Rural Committee of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.
