Chen Chang (1108-1148), a scholar named Weishi, was born in Changle, Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
In 1138, Gaozong of Southern Song Dynasty was a Jinshi, transferred to Wuhu Wei, and was a professor of Jiangyin county school. Gaozong died in Shaoxing in the 18th year, at the age of 41. There are fourteen volumes of Wei Shi Ji and one volume of appendix in Neng's poems, which have been lost. "Bu Li Ke Tan" two volumes. According to Yongle Dadian, the officials of Siku Library in Qing Dynasty compiled four volumes and two volumes of buliketan. Chen Chang's poems are based on the photocopy of the complete works of Siku, weishiji, which is published by wenyuange.
