Chen Jiao, formerly known as Yongyu. Chengdu, Sichuan. He graduated from Chengdu county middle school in 1934. After 1950, he successively served as the director of Communication Department of Beijing learning magazine, the Third Editorial Office of Beijing People's publishing house, the director and professor of Chinese teaching and Research Office of Sichuan University of Finance and economics.
